Baskin-Robbins

Worst service. I’ve been to many baskin robins and never had an issue but this location is horrible customer service. My boyfriend and I went to get some late night ice cream-​he ordered a banana split and I ordered brownie ice cream sundae with vanilla ice cream and no whip cream. We went through the drive thru and they told us to pull up. After 10 min, the guy came out and only had the banana split with no spoon or napkin. Then I told him about my order and repeated what I said. He went back to get my order. As soon as I get home-​whip cream was wiped off (yes I can taste it) and it was coffee flavored ice cream. The brownie was hard and cold… Ended up throwing it away. Never coming back to this location again.

Cappuccino mocha blast!!! especially on a hot day like today. I prefer ice cream here than DQ anyday.
