Don’t use your laser hair removal groupon here. Waste of time and money. I also had the same experience as Jamie S. — I started my treatment in Munster and was forced to make a 30 min drive out of my way to their other center, or I could wait until January when they thought their new location would be ready. It still wasn’t ready in the winter months. They are very unprofessional in the sense that they have very little experience, do not have before and after pictures, and different people who helped me told me conflicting things to maximize my results. People there are nice, but they were definitely too inexperienced and not as certified as I felt they should be. I got the treatment on my underarms and my face, and I would say, I got few results in my underarms, so if you want to buy the groupon, just do it there. Don’t do it on your face. Spend more money to get it done there. I still think you can find better salons to get it done at for a similar price (with groupon), and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone with sensitive skin or a lot of hair. The women helping are mostly Caucasian with light skin and light and little body/​face hair, so the results for those women are not going to be the same as someone who has paler skin and darker, thicker hair. I’m fairly light skinned and have dark thick curly hair. It wasn’t for me at all.

I started a 6 month treatment of laser hair removal for my bikini line. After 3 sessions I was told they are shutting their doors and I could drive and extra 30 miles out of my way and they’d try to fit me in at another location, or I could wait until November 4 – 6 weeks after I should receive my treatment and get it at their new location. Neither is an appropriate solution as I cannot easily get to their new location and I will not receive maximum benefit of the treatment if I skip a session. They are refusing to refund my money and the owner is «too busy» to speak to me. I was pretty much told «too bad» Very poor business practice
