I like Dr. Sardesai but his staff is completely incompetent. They act as if every patient is a huge inconvenience to their life. Dr Sardesai takes loads of vacations and what your left with is an awful associate in Dr. Legaspi. The incompetence of his associate and staff leaves me with no other choice but finding a new dr.

If you enjoy very rude and inattentive staff, waiting multiple hours to see the doctor regardless of your actual appointment time, only to see the doctor for a couple of minutes, then this the place for you. Phoning in a prescription pickup 24 – 48 hours in advance often resulted in me sitting for an additional 45 minutes to 1.5 hours because the doctors were too busy to sign a piece of paper. Oh and don’t be surprised if one of more of the incompetent staff members mess up your paperwork. This has been my family doctor for over 12 years and while I’m still young and in good health, every visit and/​or interaction with this place has been unpleasant. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

When you walk in to his office, you can’t help but notice the amazing photos on the wall of Doc Sardesai’s travels around the world (from India to fishing trips in Minnesota). He’ll come into the room with a loud greeting and an attitude that makes you feel better already plus a guaranteed laugh. Recommended to me by a nurse family member, he’s a very special Dr. that has quite a following.
Since Dr. Legaspi is on board, I do believe they accept new patients :)
