I was greeted pretty quickly and directed on where to go for what I was looking for. The 2 people I interacted with were pleasant.

This Staples is unique — it has the rudest employee I’ve ever encountered. Stopped in here this morning to get some Avery mailing labels. I was looking at an end cap when an employee who looked suspiciously like management(Staples name tag & long sleeved shirt half tucked into dress pants) spat something unintelligible in my direction. Not sure if he was addressing me, I said, «Sorry?» He yelled back at me «DO. YOU. NEED. ANY. HELP?», enunciating every word like I was mentally deficient. I looked at him like he was crazy, said«No, thank you» and promptly left the store. tl;dr: Jerk employee(s) and low stock. Don’t bother stopping in, Target is less than 500 feet away.

Not one of the better Staples stores, very limited on certain items and the help in this particular store is terrible. My biggest problem is the lack of products that I use the most. Most of the time they are out and I end up ordering online instead. My last trip in on 8÷17÷15 I needed bankers boxes and Brother cartridges, they were out of both products. I understand that stock runs out but it seems to happen a lot at this store.

Cashier named Rob needs some SERIOUS customer service training. Very arrogant and rude.

Went in to pick up an laptop out of repair and was told that it would need a new processor from damage that occurred from being dropped. I believed them but can’t help but wonder if they possibly contributed to further damage to it because he didn’t plug it in with their own charger to varify his diagnosis and it powered on, at least, before I brought it in to them. This laptop was brought in to have fixed with compensation from them deeply scratching my other laptop I previously had them fixed, and plainly stated on the paperwork under condition; «looks brand new». Hence, my reasoning for my opinion on their treatment of customer’s property. Which, by the way they’ve been hesitant to repair the second one, and just told me this now, about it, after they told me they wanted money up front to perform the needed repairs. Obviously, I refused because I have been upset with their service, from the beginning. Was told to wait for the service to be completed. Never was. Then they had the gall to tell me that I never paid for a new battery for the first laptop, when I still demanded to be compensated for the damage that was done to it. So, I replied that you guys just replaced the battery and performed the repairs for free with no money down? After they called me to tell me they needed money down for the repairs on the second laptop? Caught them in a lie and he knew it! He even had the balls to tell me I brought it in scratched when I have the paperwork to prove otherwise!!! And this was the second person who tried to swindle from owning up to the damage and compensating me for it, after I trusted them with my property! Needless to say, I was asked to leave the store for yelling belligerently. Anyone who can blame me has obviously never been treated this way by a business. I have never, in my life been treated this way or directly lied to by a business, in my entire life!!! I cannot recommend highly enough to EVERYONE, not to not only have them do any repairs but even trust them with your property! And by the way, since this whole process, I noticed they had an entire different staff and manager who was«helping» me. Go figure, and your store can all go to hell!!! Shady and disrespectful is an understatement. Stick that four star rating up all you’re tight asses!!!

Okay. My name is Tim, and I have a pen addiction. And highlighters. And notebooks. Wow! That was a big step… Thank you for your support. I like this Staples because the folks are friendly and NOT pushy. I can walk in, browse, glance, or pause and ponder the wonders of life. All while being surrounded by pens, glorious pens, paper, and other assorted office supplies. If I need help, it’s easily located, and if I don’t, I get great friendly service when I check out. Last time I was there, the customer service desk was helping an elderly gentleman work with his computer. He patiently showed the gentleman how to close out a window, open a new one, and get into his browser. I’m like that, but it was nice to see someone else doing it too. I initially went in for one of those small 3×5 notebooks, which I could not find at any of the drug stores I went to that stock school supplies! For some reason, there must’ve been on a run on the 3×5 spiral bound notebooks when I needed one. Crazy. Anyway, they had a 5 pack for about $ 3, which was even cheaper than what they were charging at the drug store! With notebooks in hand and two Sharpie highlighter packages in hand, I paid for my items and walked out the door… Happy!
