After being referred to Dr. Trimboli and hearing great things about her practice I decided to walk in to schedule an appointment for a new patient visit. Upon arriving the parking is a tad bit confusing since there is no sign to tell you to park in the back. Walking in I wasn’t even greeted. I asked for the pricing of adjustment cash pay since I didn’t want to go threw my insurance. The receptionist «Angie» was rude, cold and seemed very non chalant. Working in the medical field and having prior experience with sports medicine I would not act in such an unprofessional matter. She was very short with her responses and didn’t even go into detail of what the first patient treatment would consist of nor how long the appointment will be. Im sure Dr. Trimboli is great from what I have heard but her front staff needs to work on their patient care skills.

I love the flexibility of going in when I have time. The doctors really take time to know you and are very skilled at what they do.

I just started going and so far everyone is very nice.
I was impressed with the way the first two visits were filled with getting to know me and not only what I wanted but how it would (and could) be accomplished.
All of the doctors are nice.
My favorite part is that I do not have to make an appointment… I walk in when I have time, just follow my plan.
This works for me, as some days you just don’t know what will happen.
I do recommend them as they offer wonderful services
