I have just moved to this place so I will do a second review in a few months. As for now I am giving it 3 stars, it is new complex with a great kitchen, lots cabinet space. The bedrooms are small but they do have walk in closets, the bathrooms are spacious and the living-room is narrow in the 2 bedroom. The walls are super thin, you can hear everything. The guys above are a bit noisy. Get the 4th floor if you want peace.

So for a short minute(and thankfully just a short minute) I was considering getting an apartment in Murfreesboro. Long story short, not doing that anymore, but whenever I am apartment searching I always look up reviews so I thought I would share my opinions for anyone looking to move to the area. 3343 is one of the nice options in the murfreesboro area. The apartments are brand new, and many are still under construction. Living in such a new community could be a good thing and a bad thing. The location is odd. Its way down memorial away from quite a few things. I’m also surprised they developed this community now when LC Henley Station is very similar. Pros! –Everything is new. If you lease an apartment then no one has lived in it. –The kitchens are really nice. Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, etc. –The amenities are nice and the club house area is beautiful Cons –I think they are way too overpriced for what you are getting. The units arent huge, and its not is a super desirable location. –Honestly, it felt a little bit dead when I visited. No one was around, there werent wreaths or doormats on the door to signify residents. I just felt like if I moved here I wouldn’t have a bunch of neighbors because units are empty. Basically, the apartments are nice but they are expensive and not in what I would consider to be a great area of Murfreesboro.
