I understand that this is a chain store, so I can’t expect the same customer service as I would at a small boutique. However, the particularly high level of incompetence the workers show here is completely noticeable. I have been at the store multiple times where a line of 4 or more customers are waiting at the registers. While a long line forms behind me at the one open register 4 – 5 employees stand behind the counter chatting. I’ve heard conversations about lunch, plans for the night, who’s going out with who, etc.
I now avoid the place completely.

Friendly sales associates and lots to choose from. Shoe section in the distance. Big stock of similar tops which can be drag. You can find any trend here at decent to steep prices in comparison to F21. Sign up for rewards when you check out and you can shop online.
