Arium Parkside

I love Arium! If we hadn’t moved across the state, we would definitely still be living here. The units and grounds during our stay were always immaculate. We leased a 2 BR, 2 BA unit with a bonus loft. We also ended up renting an attached garage a month or two later. The floorplans are so spacious and unique, we always got compliments from visitors. I also felt the rental price was very reasonable.
The staff was friendly AND helpful. We only had a couple of noise complaints about our neighbors throughout our stay, and the staff was prompt in resolving any matters we brought to their attention. You are a bit far on the edge of town, but still within a nice proximity to restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend!
