I really liked the location of Aspen Heights and that the houses were all brand new, but honestly, they are not constructed well. It seems that they took some shortcuts to allow us to move in(which was 2 weeks later than we were suppose to) after the houses weren’t ready in time for the original move-in date. The staff is all very polite and nice, but the company is money hungry. My overages were way more than I could afford, but they eventually fixed that. They were very welcoming at first, but when we left, they just tried to squeeze every last dime out of us. My friend totaled his car which had his parking pass, and they charged him bc he did not return the sticker parking pass. It is definitely the place to live if you live in Murfreesboro, but it isn’t worth the price. If parents are willing to pay then I recommend it, but if it’s coming out of your pocket then I’d suggest for you to keep looking.
