Bojangles

I love bojangles and was excited when we moved so close. The people are nice and try to be friendly to make up for the fact that they always get our order wrong. Doesn’t matter if it’s 2 items– the order is always incorrect.
Not only is our order wrong but the wait is CRAZY LONG. We ordered one sand which and they asked us to pull up and it took 15 mins. I’ve never received my food quickly and the order is always incorrect.
We are inside once but it was so filthy that we won’t make that mistake again.
Something here needs to change!

Tremendous grilled chicken and friendly young people working there! Good location off of Church St, and also they politely told me roasted chicken wasn’t available. I appreciated that. Thank you Murfreesboro Bojangles.

So… this place used to be THE BOMB. And sometimes, if you’re lucky it still is. But something horrible has happened here in the past few months. Management change, new ownership… SOMETHING.
I went through the drive-​thru recently and ordered a three-​piece meal with two sides. I asked for a breast, thigh and a leg. After a long wait at the drive-​thru and then the employee at the window seemed confused and didn’t take my payment for an oddly long amount of time. When I finally paid and he handed me my food, I opened the box because I had a feeling something wasn’t right…
So inside the box were two pieces of chicken and three chicken strips. I looked at him and asked ‘What’s going on?’. ”We’re out of legs.’ he said. ‘And you thought it was okay to give me chicken strips.’. He sighed and said ‘It wasn’t my decision to make.’. I drove away and have only been back during breakfast hours to get a biscuit because that’s kinda hard to mess up …

Stopped in on our way to Lynchburg solely because our cat is named Bojangles. Had the sausage biscuit and was delicious. And, the sweet tea is a good as they claim it is!

Stopped in on our way to Lynchburg. I like that they have diet mountain dew on tap. Sausage biscuit hit the spot and the employees were super friendly. It is a fast food restaurant, but within that category I was quite pleased. Didn’t get to sample too much of the menu but what we had hit the spot! The people made the difference.

Cajun chicken biscuit was very salty and tasted like it had been sitting out under a heat lamp. Tater rounds were limp and barely warm. Second time I’ve been here and been disappointed, and will probably not be going back.

This is my husbands favorite place to stop when we are traveling.
Because you can get a spicy chicken cutlet biscuit any time of day at any location for a good price. Instant heartburn served with a smile!
They also have fried chicken on the bone, chicken fingers… basically everything chicken, but a little more country tasting than the other chicken fast-​food chains.
