Decent place to let the kids run wild! Nice people! Lots of inflatables, though a few more would be good! The only issue we had was with one of the «helpers», seemed a bit inappropriate to be tickling strange children. He should find other ways to interact as this could be taken the wrong way and send the wrong message. Our oldest daughter ran to tell us that he had touched her. Not inappropriately, but just to tickle her. Could be misconstrued quickly

We threw my sons 5^th birthday party here. we’re new to town so we had a lot of family and friends drive in from Alabama. I brought the cake, the paper products to fit with the Robin-​The Boy Wonder theme, and the candles. The bounce rooms were fine and our party pro was pleasant. He was very helpful with the kids. When it was cake time, I noticed that the party room hadn’t been set up and we were missing a ton of presents! Turns out the employees had mixed up my son and the other birthday boys gifts! After a long time of trying to hunt everything down, me having to set up the party room myself. We finally settled and HOPEFULLY each boy got the correct presents. What if we hadn’t noticed before 1 of them started opening? All the family from out of town had to leave and couldn’t even watch him open his gifts because it took too long to locate them! And what did I get? Free click pics. The party pro took ONLY 32 Pictures valued at $ 15 by bounceu and I was comped those. Gee, thanks. This was way too stressful and we definitely won’t be back. The point of paying $ 200(!!!) was to ease the stress. Not compound it.

To gets your kids tired out or waste some time take them here. They can jump on the indoor inflatables for as long as they can or at least until open jump is over. Check the calendar on their website for open jump days and times. Sometimes they have special events like the princess party I went to. They cost more but you get more too.
