Scam!!!
You fill out an application and don’t move in you will be expected to pay $ 5k of the full rent. My son filled out the paperwork and then told me about needing someone to sign for him. He didn’t have a job. I said no and so he didn’t move in the apartment. 6 months later they say he owes the full amount for filling out the application.
Stay away!!! How many people have been victim of this???
