Very polite, nice, and professional. Great customer service. Costumer service is a necessity to have a successful business and I believe this is why they do so well and are able to have such low prices. I’m having to spend a lot of money to get new tires and they have made this inevitable process much more tolerable! I am a very happy customer!

This place deserves all the positive reviews it gets. The salespeople are knowledgable and courteous and are not on commission. The outside workers are efficient and helpful. I came in for a flat repair which is free, but decided to get a new tire after reviewing the condition of the flat tire. I was in and out in 40 minutes as promised. Best place to purchase tires– period.

I have always used them and have gotten great service until today. First, wouldn’t service my car until 8:00am but a man with a truck was serviced at 7:30am. They don’t open until 8:00am. Not please with the attention to customer service. Tire Discounters is at the next exit. Next time I may use them but for now I’m stuck with a flat.

I’ve been here twice and both times the service was outstanding.
The first time i was there was due to the tire monitor warning light on my jeep. The air was low but the tire was not leaking. It was due to the outside temperature dropping which caused a change in the air pressure of the tire. The put air in it and it was fine. They didn’t charge me.
The second time was due to a bolt in the tire. They fixed it quick.

Wow! I can’t believe I haven’t used these guys sooner.
I had an incredibly rude encounter this morning as I arrived at Walmart Tire Center with a leaky tire. Their employee actually went into the garage and mocked my dilemma to her coworkers. Needless to say I left with my leaky tire and found Discount Tire. The exact opposite of Walmart!
They had the exact OE tire and exactly 2!!! Perfection!
Service was outstanding. Quick. Efficient. And they beat WalMart’s price!!! It was busy there (waiting room packed) and I still got my truck back in 45 minutes. The EXACT timeframe they quoted! Holy cow!
I am a customer for life! I can’t express enough how satisfied I am!

We lost a wheel weight on our long drive. We had gotten the tires at Discount Tire, so were were pretty sure we could get the wheels balanced for free at any location nationwide.
True!
We dropped in unannounced. The place looked busy but Caleb assured us that it would only be a half hour. Everyone was very friendly and we were on our way quickly.

I love this place. I’ve gone here 4 different times. I drive from Nashville just to see these guys. I know they have other locations, but I like the staff here. They’ve replaced a tire that I POPPED for FREE because I misunderstood the «prorated» warranty and they also replace your previously bought tires for a hugely discounted rate! No complaints!

If i could rate lower… i would ! I was in murfreesboro on business. Had a slow leak in a tire .This was the closest tire place to me. They informed me that their was two holes close together and could not be patched and i had to get a new tire ! I was in a hurry so i agreed to the new tire. I asked and recieved the old tire that i brought back to Atlanta with me. The next day i took the tire to a Goodyear tire store and asked if they could patch it. Yes it could be patched easily; they showed me that they either could use a large patch or two smaller patches ! So — the guys at discount tire new i was from outta town and i feel i was scammed into buying the new tire because the old could not be repaired — what was i to do; drive on three wheels — NOT !

I was driving from Atlanta to Chicago and on the way my car was shaking badly. I went to this Discount Tire for help. They replaced one of my tires and rebalanced them all in about 20 minutes. I was back on the road again in less time than it takes to sit down for a meal. I was totally impressed with the service I received here and would recommend them to locals or anyone just passing through!
