Bad customer service… Felt like the lady who was working at the time I went in earlier this week didn’t really help me much at all felt like she didn’t really want to help me find anything for me and kinda seem she was bothered by my race in a way. So i went to bridal country instead couldn’t have done better amazing lady with amazing customer service, works with me no matter how specific or complicated I and helped me pick out the dress that I absolutely love couldn’t be happier and the price is not that bad. Just because it’s consignment it doesn’t mean people will buy cause it’s cheap I rather pay a few more dollars for better customer service more variety and more hospitality…

Fantastic customer service. Great deals. Very clean store with modern, barely used, and brand new but still deeply discounted formal wear and bridal gowns. I just purchased my bridal gown here and cannot say enough good things about their staff and selections.
