I’ve been to other Firestone locations before and had prompt, friendly service. Not so at this location. I made an appointment for an oil change at 8:30 expecting it to be finished in an hour at most based on how long it took at the other locations. It ended up taking two hours, and I had to completely cancel another appointment I had because by that point, there was no way I could make it in time. What’s the point of making an appointment if they aren’t going to even start on my car until an hour and half after my appointment, especially for something as simple as an oil change? I’ll take my chances at Walmart instead.

we had excellent care from this Firestone. We were traveling from Florida to Chicago and lost our belt right before the exit. It was late in the day about 4:45 and many places were closed. We went to them and at first they were not sure if they could get it done and we expect to stay in a hotel. But the mechanic offered stay late past his shift and fix it for us.
He got it all fixed for us and we were on the road by 630. so happy and very grateful for the help.

We brought my wife’s ’06 Charger in for one of their $ 189 lifetime alignments several years ago, which appeared to have been done correctly except for one minor detail. Her car has a set of security lug nuts on it to prevent the theft of her rims, and those idiots lost one of the lug nuts, replaced it with a regular one and didn’t mention a word about it. I called them when I got home and discovered the missing lug nut. Now keep in mind that you can’t just buy one — you have to get a whole new set which at the time cost just under $ 300. When I spoke with them about the problem, they seemed pretty indifferent about the whole situation and told me there was nothing that they could or would do. Their suggestion was to take it up with corporate.
I wouldn’t trust these people to air up a tire much less turn a wrench.
