Stephanie and her staff are professional and knowledgable. The stations and shop are always spotless. Over the last 18 years that I have lived in Murfreesboro, I have tried several high-​end shops, including in the Franklin and West End areas. I always come back to H2O. Their customer service is top notch. It’s truly a place to relax and feel good about myself! Thank you!

I have been going to H2o for about 4 months now and I love it! Everyone is so nice. I love my hair stylist, she’s very friendly and good at her job! I love the neck message you get when they wash your hair! Also it’s really nice to have a glass of wine while your waiting:) I think this is one of the best places I have ever had my hair done! If you want a professional and friendly place to have your hair cut and or styled well this is the place to go!

I found this salon from reading a lot of reviews online. H2O has a ton of positive reviews listed on various sites. Caitlin is the best! She is super talented and sweet. After she gave me a really cute short cut, I got a ton of compliments and even got stopped on the street by a stranger who wanted to take pictures of my hair and get my stylist’s contact. Caitlin always takes her time with me; it is a very relaxing experience. You get a warm towel wrapped around your head and a neck massage. I always feel like I’m at a spa. They have great hair products too. I am so glad I found Caitlin!

I’ve been going to H20 for about six months now per the recommendation from a good friend of mine who has gone here for years. We both go to Rachel, but we have another friend who sees another stylist at the salon. They are really great at what they do and although they offer some amazing products, they aren’t like other salons that push it on you. I actually had to inquire about products for Rachel to suggest things I could use on my hair. The stuff I bought has lasted since the first appointment and seriously does make a big difference. And this is coming from someone who is a hair purist and really doesn’t use much on her hair. I’ve also gotten waxed here and they are great at that as well! Great salon, atmosphere, and friendly staff!
