I’ve only had my initial visit, but so far, I’m impressed! I arrived early to do paperwork and wound up being taken back before my scheduled appointment time. Bonus points!
I didn’t see Dr. Hancock, but Ms. Holt (nurse practitioner) instead. I was amazed at the amount of time spent and the depth of understanding she conveyed! Most doctors I have been to just see a diabetic with high numbers and throw more insulin at me. You could tell that she was formulating a thoughtful approach to my situation instead of just going with the norm. Professionals like her are proof that the level of care that you receive isn’t tied to the title of the person, but everything to do with their character.
Everyone at the practice was extremely friendly and cheerful, so I’m looking forward to my next visit!
