I’m disappointed that I have to give this store only 1-​star, but I’ve come here probably 20 times and that’s more than enough chances. Now, when I go here (if I absolutely have to), I just expect the worst.
The aisles are not labeled with signs that tell you where to find things, making it very difficult to find anything on your own. But, the employees (most, I’m sure not all) always seem angry or annoyed when confronted with any questions on where to find things.
I guess I’ll find a new place to get my supplies.

They email me coupons for 40% off one product a week. I like that. I also like the beads on sale most of the time though they change brands weekly. I also like the fact that if they do not have the item I am looking for they will look at other stores.
One of the things I do not like about the store is they do not put their sales into their computer systems and so sometimes it takes longer for the register to ring up items and you always wonder if you really did get the item for the sale price so be sure to check your items.
I highly recommend this store not just for the products but also because of the people which were very professional and helpful in locating items for me last week. :)
