This used to be the main store for our families clothes. But in the last year or so it has started going downhill fast. Today was the last straw. The store was a MESS. I was looking for, among other things, a pair of dress pants in 40×32. Not an impossible size by ANY stretch of the imagination. I checked THREE different racks. I stopped caring what they looked like about halfway through my search. Regardless, I Never found a pair! Nobody walked by to offer to help. The prices are nothing special either. I’ll be taking my business to Belk.

I have always loved shopping at Kohl’s. You can get really great deals on everything in the store from all sorts of brands and designers and Kohl’s always has some sort of special or deal or discount going on. I had a great experience where the pair of shoes I wanted was not available in my size and one of the salespeople helped me order them to the store at no extra cost. She then went ahead and did it again when my mother found something she liked as well. And she made sure to offer us coupons for extra discounts as well! It can take some exploring sometimes to find what you want, not like at a Ross or TJMaxx but you still have to be in the mood to shop and search. Regardless, the prices are great and the salespeople fabulous. It’s one of my favorite department stores to shop at. And I get compliments on my purchases all the time!
