The waiting room staff is awful. Not willing to take responsibility for their own mistakes, then lie about it. Horrible and talking bad about patients. The physicans are willing to let the staff run off SICK patients. Terrible service.

Here’s my GP, he runs a great practice. Been with him over 7 years. Granted, I’ve been pretty healthy and haven’t had to see him much, but when I do, his team of NP’s rock! They are knowledgeable, don’t talk down to you but explain things in layman’s terms, and most importantly, know their limitations and when to get the good doctor for advice and help. He shares an office with Dr. Eller, who I haven’t met.
One highlight: I needed to see him the same day I called and they were able to squeeze me in before they closed. I actually think they stayed open a few minutes longer than the posted time for me!
If there was anything I can pick on, it is the waiting room. It is smallish when there are a lot of sick people around. Otherwise, it is a good-​sized room. I would estimate over 30 seats, a bit close together.
