Very pricey glasses for sure. The staff is excellent though and ive always liked my visits. Bought 2 pairs of glasses. Now i gotta learn how to wear these bifocals lol.

I hate this Lens Crafters. I’ve purchased about 8 pairs of eye glasses from Lens Crafters over the years. I went in and asked if they would be able to give me my pupil distance from the last time I got glasses and she flat out refused and gave me a total BS response about how she wouldn’t be able to know my pupil distance because they use AccuFit now. Uh… HELLO AccuFit is pupil distance. I’m not stupid. I know what the machine does and I know you have my pupil distance on file. I ended up going to another Lens Crafters about 45 – 60 min away and they were happy to print off my pupil distance for me without being jerks about it. I don’t know what her name is but avoid the dark haired lady with the gold frames like the plague.
Another negative about this place is that every time I pick up a new pair of frames or need an adjustment, I’m always waiting a good 15 min for someone to help me. It’s not that they’re that busy, but rather understaffed.
