Luca’s Pizzeria

A little disappointed. This was our first time ordering and I requested the stromboli w/​pepperoni, sausage, GREEN peppers & cheese and upon delivery discovered that it was covered in banana peppers (not quite the same). It wasn’t bad overall though. My husband said that his eggplant pasta was great! Given that, we would probably try it again at some point in the future… Maybe just go in next time and not order over the phone.

As a former New Yorker, I am always on the hunt for good pizza. A few distinguished pizza places have popped up in Murfreesboro. Typically, they are run by relocated New Yorkers and all seem very good. However, I just found the best pizza — period. I even ran into someone who graduated from my High School (Connetquot) in NY while I was eating.
The pizza served here is pure NY. Simply the best I have eaten, in or out of NY. Also, the best and most courteous service, which you typically do not associate with New Yorkers.
You can order pizza by the slice or pie. They even customize individual slices. The pizza crust, sauce, and cheese were all the freshest ingredients and tasted entirely home made. Pizza was not overly greasy and the cheese was perfect consistency.
Dining tables are limited to just four. So, keep that in mind. The place is focused on quality takeout food.
Bottom line– if you are from the North East, you must go here. You will feel like you are back home. If you are not from North East– you must go here to experience the most authentic NY style pizza ever. You will not be disappointed.

Being new to the area, I thanked my family for helping me move everything by getting them pizza. I was given a coupon from Luca’s by the apartment complex.
The pizza was great! Not too pricy (especially with the coupon) and we picked one that was something along the lines of a white pizza with several types of cheeses. So good.
The wings were an add-​on we were all very excited about but none of us were very pleased. I’d assumed they would be crunchy or at least pretty flavorful. We got Garlic Parmesan. Unfortunately, they were pretty bland and just seemed like they had been boiled. No batter at all. I know their specialty is pizza so I’ll just stick to getting my wings elsewhere.

My family LOVE’S Luca’s! Great, quality and delicious food and the staff is fantastic. We order delivery (live in zip code 37 128) at least once a week and they have never disappointed us. Our delivery driver knows us now and he is always so nice and professional. We usually order the Luca’s special which gives a large pizza, garlic rolls and a 2 liter. The pizza is amazing! The garlic rolls are wonderful! Also, if you want a REALLY special treat, order a cannoli (or 2)… they are out of this world! Try Luca’s, you won’t be disappointed!

Delicious! It is very obvious that freshness of ingredients is a high priority for this place. Love the salads! Wish they would bring back the turkey sub. It was the absolute best in town!

It’s all about that sauce… yum! Great pizza. Had the meat lovers and the Hawaiian, both were awesome. The garlic rolls are out of this world. Greek salad was delicious too. Customer service was great as well. Highly recommend this place. They deliver to Blackman so I have found my new pizza joint :)
They have some daily specials and lunch specials which I recommend you check out. They also have 4 tables at their place for dine-​in so if you have a small group and want to enjoy their pizza right right out of the oven then stop by.
They are right next to Publix so I love the idea of picking up a pizza after grocery shopping :)

Awesome thin crust pizza. Had the meat lovers — very fresh and lots of cheese. Pizza also had great flavor. Not as good as 5 Points in Nashville but by far the best in the Boro.

I ordered the Meat. Not impressed. Very greasy and not that good. The meat toppings seemed all ground up. Marco’s Uno pizza is better.

Luca’s is, without question, the best pizza you will get in Murfreesboro. Their pizza is the New York, giant slice style. The lunch special they have is 5 bucks for two huge slices and a canned drink. They have good wings, great garlic rolls and amazing meatballs. I can’t recommend it enough!

I’m originally from NJ and this is the closest pizza place that I have found that actually tastes like home! Real Italian food here! My daughter and I LOVE this place! Friendly staff too.

I’ve tried every pizza joint in the boro and I totally recommend Luca’s pizza. The tomato sauce is tangy, the cheese is awesome and the crust it just right… not too thick or thin. They also offer a huge variety of salads.

The owner is very nice. They are slightly overpriced for a pizza place. But the food is great. Their rolls are excellent.
