I agree with with the other reviewer… avoid this company. My experience was not too great with Middle Tennessee Fence. One of my gate posts was installed too far away and the latch doesn’t reach. I called the owner and explained everything. He told me that my neighbor hit my fence with his mower and shifted my fence. This is just not true. The real reason was the contractors he paid to install my fence were working at 11pm in the pitch black trying to get mine done so they could start another job the next day. I paid close to $ 10,000 for this fence, I shouldn’t have to beg for the truth and be lied to. Completely ridiculous for me to have to rig my $ 10,000 fence so the gate latches just because he wouldn’t pay the contractors to come finish the next day.

In my opinion, not a credible business. Had them build me a fence last summer, and I had several unresolved issues. Filed a complaint with the BBB, but I learned from that experience too. The BBB doesn’t check too far into a issue, and will take the builders word most of the time, even when the customer has proof. So it ends up being your word verses the builders. I always learn the hard way by going with the lowest bid-don’t make the same mistake I did/do. There are plenty of other credible fence installers in the area. Do your homework and actually knock on the door to ask the customer about their experience. Business ethics must not be taught in trade school these days!
