Midnight Movers

As a disclaimer, this is the first negative review I have written about anything, ever, in any forum.
Having moved 4 times in the last 2 years, this was the worst experience I have had. The movers showed up late, were unapologetic, and kept the ABF moving truck waiting over 2 hours to finish. One man worked incredibly hard the entire time while the other (the owner) stayed on his cell phone (blue tooth in ear), waited idly for over 30 minutes at a time for the other mover to bring down boxes and furniture alone, and left to buy cigarettes when he knew the move was on a time crunch. In addition, he saw me carrying heavy objects (I paid heavily for a full service pack and move… I shouldn’t have been the one carrying anything), he continued to text message while leaned against his truck without offering to help. When I shared my dissatisfaction with the service I was provided, he became immediately hostile and angry toward me. As the owner of the company, I can’t imagine how he plans to grow his business with that kind of attitude and poor service.
