I’m sad to this place go after hearing the news it’ll be torn down for a new government building. I know they’re moving to a new location, but it’s still sad.
These guys are so friendly and their whole life is bikes. They know their shit and it shows.

The best bike shop ever!!! They do amazing work and its never cost me an arm and a leg! They have everything you would ever want and the customer service is truly amazing. Reminds me of days long gone now that would make ANY business a better place if they returned. Other businesses should take an example from this one… the shining star of all customer service in an incredible bike shop!

Ok, so yes the customer service was awesome, and yes they let my mother call in a gift card, and yes they did great work on my baby (her name is Dina and she got a full tune up and new brakes), but the real reason they get five stars is because MOAB possibly has the highest concentration of attractive young men than any other organization in Murfreesboro. I mean dang. I know that a lot of bikey guys are fine, but it seems like they hire the extra good looking ones on purpose. Definitely will return for all my bicycle needs. Touché.

I’ve never bought a bike here, and I don’t know that I will. Not because of anything with the business, but because of me.
I’m cheap. My own father says I pinch a penny so hard I make Abe Lincoln cry. I’m not sure that’s entirely fair, but my son’s last bike ~did~ come out of the neighbor’s trash.
I walked in to MOAB with a handful of parts (mostly cables) from that bike that needed replacing. They made up some custom cables on the spot and I was able to get that junky old bike fixed up for my son. Best of all, I didn’t pay much more than I would have getting a generic cable kit from WalMart.
Great customer service, and they have my business on parts, if not on bikes themselves.

Way to rock the costumer service, these guys have went above and beyond time and time again for me and my kids junkie lil bikes. I will always go their. I just took a bike I got off Craigslist in the other day and he fixed the brakes right on the spot for free. Can you get any better than that? I know it was a very simple simple fix but still he took time out of his day for us and I just want to acknowledge that.

Absolutely fantastic shop. I spoke with several different guys from their shop and every single was helpful and more than willing to discuss my bike options. One of the few shops I have been to where everyone seems to be in a good mood and enjoys working there. They are all very knowledgable and don’t give off that elitist attitude and it all starts with their owner who is excellent. He took the time to even answer my girlfriend’s crazy questions. The prices were very reasonable (400 cheaper than the other store I checked) and they have a wide range of bikes from entry level to high end. Will definitely be doing all of my business there.
