ok, prices have gone up so not the values it used to be.

The concept is genius. Instead of ordering a pizza and having it cooked and delivered not quite as fresh as right out of the oven, Papa Murphy’s puts the pizza together for you, according to your specs or a specialty pizza from their list, and you take it home and cook it! I have seen take-​and-​bake places in other parts of the country but not in a franchise setting.
The pizza really does taste better ‘cuz it comes straight out of your oven! They give you a small flyer with cooking instructions. I’ve had the Cowboy Pizza and a thin crust Meat Pizza and they were both excellent. Some may not care for the sauce; it tastes a bit sweet, but I am not picky so it tasted good to me.
Oh, and because you take it home and bake it, the cost for the pizza is better than all of the other delivery chains. They were running a special on the thin crust meat pizza for $ 6.99.
