Patrick Tohill Video LLC accepted payment of $ 3000 in exchange for video work. He shot some of the required footage but never delivered the edited finals. Additionally he did not rent lights that were discussed, his small jib was broken limiting us to repetitive angles, didn’t have enough batteries causing us to sit waiting for dead units to charge, there was not enough gas in his generator causing more delays and poorly planned shooting schedule resulting in running out of light before we could finish. Additionally artifacts that we were told would be invisible in the final product were clearly visible
His communication was spotty at best. At one point it took two weeks to get him on the phone. What was supposed to be done withing 14 days has dragged on for many months now and we have finally decided to pay another editor to complete his work.
When we requested a partial refund we were greeted with a letter from his lawyer telling us to go away and not contact him again.
