I was looking for a new place to work out after the Y closed, and I cant believe I have never heard of this place before. I had seen Golds and the MAC and was able to compare them all with price, open times, and equipment. Planet Fitness is open 24 hours a day and that works great after the kids go down for bed. I lost count of all the treadmills and elipticals. The place is huge and you dont feel like you are «on top of eachother» like some other gyms. Plus, it was 10.00 a month to use the basic items. Great place.

TERRIBLE customer service! My name is NOT SWEETIE! I was visiting from New York therefore my sister was dropping me off. They wouldn’t even let my sister to sit inside and wait for me. Call me crazy, if the US government came trust my sister to protect and serve in Army, surely planet fitness can trust my sister to sit inside at a table to wait for me.

This Planet Fitness is very spacious and big and has some machines that I haven’t seen at other PFs, such as the stair master. They have a ton of equipment so I’ve never had to wait for a machine, weights, or bench. I haven’t had any issues with the staff members as they all have been very courteous and helpful.

El Dorado Hills, CA

This is a new facility and very clean. I was lucky enough to be able to use the facility free of charge while staying at a nearby hotel and they treated like a member. There is plenty of equipment with no waiting. Everyone cleaned up after themselves per the club rules which is a nice surprise.
If I lived in the area, I would get a membership.
