If it were possible to give this place negative stars I would!!! They have had my car for 3 months and it’s still not fixed properly! They didn’t throughly check the car for damages when it came in and it has been fixed in stages! The car should of been totaled but due to their ignorance and mistakes we didn’t have the full estimate up front! On top of that my licenses plate was «lost/​stolen» off of my car while it was in their lot and they tried to blame me stating I must have come and gotten off the car and not telling them. This has turned into a nightmare for me I have had to do a police report and go to the tag agency to get the cleared up and they are not taking fault in any of this shit!!! As of Dec 30^th the car is still not fixed properly and I’m still dealing with this BS!!! Funny part is they are more than happy to collect my 500.00 deductible!
So update on the nightmare… They still have my vehicle as of ¹⁄₁₁! They had to replace the tiny they ripped on my window, had to reprint the entire side of the car and get a replacement mirror for my driver side due to it rusting while they’ve had it. I called for corporate offices number and they refused to give it to me, real classy way to do business! I think it’s time to call the local news and see if the spot light helps them want to speak to me and resolve this issue!
