I have no idea about the quality or work, because like their slogan, it never even happened.
I called to see what it would cost to remove some mold. I was told that they would need to come out and take a look. I completely understand — can’t quote a job site unseen. I wound up taking a day off from work to meet with the technician who took pictures and made lots of notes to then say he’d never seen anything like it before. He’d email me an estimate and by the way the charge for today would be $ 175. Are you kidding me? For an estimate? No one mentioned anything about a charge for the estimate, much less such an exorbitant one.
When I protested, the tech said they forgot to mention that alot.
Avoid these deceptive hucksters like the plague.

Avoid at all costs. I called them during the May floods and I was billed for services that were never performed and even the charges for services that were performed were heavily inflated. Flood insurance wouldn’t cover more than about 40% of what they billed so guess who had to pay the rest?
Also, this Servpro is like many others in that it’s an independent franchise. This means that if you have a problem the corporate office in Gallatin, TN is completely useless and unable to do more than half-​hearted attempts at mediating disputes.
If you are forced to use a service like this, I would recommend anyone else but if you insist on using them be sure to get ALL costs up-​front in writing before they touch anything watch them like a hawk to ensure they actually do what they claim.
