DONOT go here for a root canal, I had a root canal done by Jimmy Sheats on tooth #7 and #27 in the front, one on top and one on the bottom. He broke off my tooth completely at the gum line INTHEFRONTOFMYMOUTH during the root canal on the top, and my dentist said it was not restorable. So they charged me $ 2,200 for 2 root canals and then I had to fork out $ 3,700 for an implant at my dentist, he did give me a partial refund of $ 400, but that still left me paying $ 1,800 for a root canal that was useless. Then the tooth on the bottom later broke and now I’m having it retreated(another root canal) because it was still infected. I have talked with him several times about this and all he says is «I have done nothing wrong». Well, I’m seeing a new endodontist that guarantees his work and if he can’t save the tooth then there’s no charge, so if you want your teeth broken and to be charged for it, go ahead and see Sheats endodontics…

My mother made an appointment for a consultation for a root canal and had a great experience with the father and had a horrible follow-up experience with the son. The son was very unprofessional, arrogant, and sarcastic. The son really needs to learn to take a more professional and non-leisurely tone and approach with his patients. Just like the metaphor, a rotten apple spoils the bunch. That rotten apple just received 2 stars.

Was referred here, despite them not being part of my network. Was I told that? Of course not. Was lead to a room in the back after a quick«exam»(was told exactly what the dentist told me, took two seconds) and then immediately told to get up and lead to a TINY office which had the heat cranked all the way up and was slid a bill across the table. Apparently, without saying a single word to their patients, this place seems to think they can charge you over $ 300. This is, literally, what happened to me. Seriously, I showed up, met the oral surgeon, two words were said to me, and a bill was shoved into my face. Is this how you do business? Saying absolutely nothing to your patients and then telling them to pay up? You didn’t even do anything and then started getting an attitude when I wanted your billing explained to me and was told, «That’s how it is, no one told you?» Um no, you’re in charge of billing, these questions go to you. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional. I honestly don’t know how you even have a patient base. I recommend you hire some ADULTS that know how to pull clerical and customer service skills into their everyday jargon. Completely pathetic.
