Spiffy Cleaning Services

Hire someone else! Horrible job and wouldn’t return our key! We hired Spiffy for recurring cleaning for a few months. He was very nice, polite, and offered the best price. However, he did not do a thorough job. He would clean our entire 4 bedroom and 2500sqft house in an hour just by himself. If we wanted stuff wiped down or dusted, we would have to tell him specifically. He would do the very minimum and you would have to tell him everything you wanted clean. We had dust piles in corners, surfaces not dusted, fans with dust piles on them, and mildew rings in our showers despite the fact we kept asking him to do more. My husband spent almost 2 hours deep cleaning just our room from all the spots he missed. After we told him we wanted to discontinue service, he said he would return our key and we even offered to come pick it up, but he ignored all our text messages and calls. We had to pay a lot of money to change our locks. It’s worth the money to hire anyone else but Spiffy.

Cleaned my house twice. He rescheduled the 3^rd cleaning two times, apologized and told me he would do this cleaning for free, and then no showed/​no call on the day of. Won’t respond to any communication. Just totally flaked & never contacted me.
