St Andrews Apartments

We just moved out into a house… great location and the people in the office were pretty cool… my kids loved the playground, and while you could hear the neighbors above its an apartment. What do you expect… most quite apartment complex I’ve ever stayed in… the prices may be why. Most college students may not be able to afford the higher rent but for a young family like our with early bed times it was great as there was no loud music in the parking lots and never heard loud parties. Worth the $ for a family.

I was extremely disappointed with my time spent at St. Andrews.
The walls are very thin and I had a problem with hearing my neighbor snore through the night. The neighbors below also said that they could hear everything we were doing.
I extremely disliked and felt uncomfortable with how many times they would enter the apartment for various reasons. I understand they need to spray, change filters, etc. like any apartment complex, but they went overboard.
Their water system is horrible. It always smelled like sewage, which was very unpleasant when we wanted to leave our windows open.
The entire time we lived there we weren’t troublesome. Took very good care of the apartment & hired someone to clean the apartment after we moved out.
St. Andrews apartments then decided to let us know our notice was late (2 days) for the 30 day notice and they would be billing us for another month. We left our apartment 2 months BEFORE the move out date because of medical issues. They showed no sympathy, kept our deposit and even tacked on more. They’re currently attempting to sue for the money, which is over $ 3,000.
I would never recommend anyone to live there & have warned numerous friends.
