Swan Floor Care

Have used Swan twice now, both times the service has been great. When we bought our house i called them and they worked around our schedule to clean up the carpets before we moved it. We have two dogs and a lot of company in and out, so we decided to get the carpets done again this past month. Another amazing job, everything was clean, and we had some spots treated that looked like new once done. They also cleaned our large area rug in our living room. Great experience, pleasant and easy to work with.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Ro Swan (the owner of company I believe) «cleaned» a total of three rugs for me. The first two he did were fine and the third he destroyed and refused to reimburse me. All three rugs had a strong chemical odor to them when he returned them so I asked him if the products they use are safe for people (especially kids) because we have a one year old. Mr. Swan said that they were and took two more of my rugs to clean. When I had not heard from him in TWO MONTHS I called to see if my rugs were ready. He told me that he had decided not to clean them because he was not comfortable being asked about his products and felt like it was a «set up». I asked him to return the two rugs of mine that he had held onto for TWO MONTHS without cleaning and he was rude to me on the phone but eventually set up a time to bring them back. I called the company that had referred him to me to let them know about this strange behavior after getting off that phone call. The next week when Mr. Swan returned my rugs to me he was threatening in my home and told me that I had gone after his family and he was «choosing not to go after my family». I had to ask him to leave my house loudly about five times before he eventually walked out the door. It was VERY SCARY and I am still considering filing a police report.
I would seriously caution anyone against using this company and will be more careful in the future.

Swan Floor Care did an outstanding job for us – cleaning carpets and bathroom tile. Hardworking crew of two, courteous service and a fair price. We were pleased with all aspects of the job.

set up an appointment to have my carpets cleaned, called a week in advance, for Monday morning. took off time from work, moved all the furniture out of the rooms. Sunday evening, they call and say their machine is broke, not sure when they can come, will give me a call. Never gave me a call. finally called them, canceled, went with another company for later in the week. had to take another day off work.
to be honest, I don’t believe the machine broke, how it would have broken on a Sunday evening. I think they got a more lucrative job, and postponed me. I took time off from work, moved my bedroom furniture out, had to move the furniture back in so we could use the room, etc.
in any case, these people are not reliable. use them at your own risk.

Awesome people and an awesome company! They did a GREAT job on my carpets and the customer service was the best I’ve ever experienced with a carpet cleaning service. I would highly recommend them!
