Taco Bell

Everyone knows I’m a big fan of Taco Bell and I can’t really say anything for the day shift but I know that the night shift for this Taco Bell, at least Friday thru Tuesday, is in desperate need of some retraining. I could never give Taco Bell lower than a 3 star because I love the food and the company, however it needs to be known that the people at this Taco Bell specifically are having a hard time with both customer service and preparation of the food. I work overnight shifts so my lunch is at 2AM and sometimes the only thing that is open is this Taco Bell. So me and my coworkers go to this Taco Bell quite often. Every night that I go to this Taco Bell, they get something wrong and almost every night they forget to give me my drink. I don’t know why but they do. I went there last night and this time when I ate it, the food wasn’t just wrong, it was also cold. We know it’s hard working night shift because we’re doing it every night as well. So, Taco Bell, thank you for accomodating those of us who have a night schedule and I will continue to be loyal but you need to get your stuff together.
