I had all the carpet in my home cleaned by TLC yesterday. Tim & Carol came out for the work. The customer service was top notch… they were polite, informative, and helpful. My carpets look fantastic! You can no longer tell there used to be dog here! My carpets are clean, soft, & fluffy again! I will definitely recommend them!

It isn’t every day that you’re greeted by a carpet cleaner sporting a bow tie!
Tim is a knowledgeable and thorough — we watched him work his magic and learned a lot about the best brand of vacuum to buy (and that we needed to thoroughly clean our vacuum’s air filter), along with the various extra steps he takes to lift dirt out of the carpet before shampooing. It’s clear that he’s passionate about his work, and took the time to work out some very stubborn stains. We will definitely bring TLC back on a regular basis.
