Literally cannot get an appointment for over three months out, after my Groupon expires. Ridiculous– sad because I am not even reviewing the actual service– can’t get in !! Do not purchase vouchers it is a waste of money

Just like the lady before me said. I purchased a groupon certificate and was unavailable to use it for exactly the same reason. If you want a massage you better go inside They Don’t answer the phone. They Don’t reply to emails. Finally after months of just doin the same I got an email back late on a Sunday night to say she’s booked for months ahead. $ 36 down the drain. $ 36 is nothing to her but it is to me. Bad customer service Seems to be common around these parts. Being from Florida, Tennessee could learn a thing or 2 about customer service. If your gonna run a business, customers come first always even if you’re behind on your emails. Don’t ignore me! Groupon doesn’t tell anyone how to book on your web page. When you go to the website it has a big email box to send messages and a little schedule button Return emails since you put it on your web page. Damn. O well more Murfreesboro shiz.

The first time I used this service, I was impressed! This was my first massage experience, and they made me feel at home. The place is a bit tricky to find, but eventually I did ;-) They put relaxing music on, dimmed the lights, and made my experience wonderful.

I purchased a one-hour massage via Groupon in December for my husband. After repeatedly calling with no answer, leaving voicemails and sending emails to schedule an appointment with no response, I had given up. I even went as far as contacting Groupon to ask for a refund since I couldn’t use the certificate. They were very helpful and contacted the business owner on my behalf. A few days later, I received an email from the business owner thanking me for my patience, but that they would not have openings till later on in the year. I explained to the owner that my Groupon was going to expire before there were any openings and she said she would honor only half the amount. I don’t agree with this since there wasn’t an opportunity to use it before it expired. It took several emails just to even get ONE response back AND it took me contacting the people who sold the inital certificate to get that! How could I have scheduled an appointment? Needless to say, the Groupon is expired. I just burned $ 35 for no reason and I haven’t bought a Groupon since nor would I ever use services from Touch of Tranquility.

My husband went to get a massage today via the Groupon Nashville that was offered. He gets there and the door is locked, and he can’t get into the building. After 10 frustrating minutes, he calls me. I finally get in touch with someone at the company and she informs me, very rudely, that we should have gotten a code to get into the building(that didn’t happen). So I call my husband back to tell him that they will let him into the building… and while we’re on the phone she greets him with a nasty attitude! She said that he would have to reschedule. Needless to say, he left without getting the massage. What a crappy way to treat a new customer! NEVERGOINGBACKANDWANT A REFUNDFROMGROUPON! This place should be called«Touch of Hostility». Horrible!
