Agree with other reviews… wish I could give this Walgreens no stars! I had a prescription called in by my doctor and waited until that evening to pick up… giving plenty of time to fill. When I got there, they informed me that they didn’t have my insurance information and that the prescription wasn’t ready. I was also informed that one of the prescriptions wasn’t in stock, but the other would be ready in 30 – 40 minutes. I returned an hour later only to find out that they were out of both prescriptions! This was the pharmacy manager that one hour before had told me that they had been out of the prescriptions for months because of a coupon that was being offered. The coupon was good for both prescriptions and she did not bother look to make sure the other one was in stock! After waiting in line behind 3 customers both times and wasting an hour of my life, I am completely baffled that there are so many customers at this location… do they not know that CVS is right down the street? I’ll be going there from now on!

Worst pharmacy ever. They give you other people’s Rxs, lose your meds, make medication errors and worst of all — argue with you when you try to resolve problems. We live around the corner but drive over to the Walgreens on Renner Road who are great! Must be bad management since I see they still have the same problems now.

The floor staff are very helpful, even when I find a product that isn’t scanned correctly in their system. I rarely have to wait in line, and the store is neat and orderly. The best part is the pharmacy, in my opinion. I had a doctor call in a prescription(I told them this Walgreen’s 3 times) and they didn’t have the prescription. They helped me out and let me use their phone to call the doctor on-call and they found my prescription at CVS instead. A second time, ANOTHER doctor failed to call in a prescription, and the pharmacist gave suggestions on some products and solutions to help until we could visit another doctor. The other reviews seem to have a vastly differing opinion of this store, but I couldn’t be happier with the customer service.

Discrimination much!!! I would rather give zero stars but since you can’t. I was near the pharmacy and overhead an Emily speaking to a customer about refusing service due to her religious beliefs!!! She was demanding to know what a certain prescription was for and actually said«I must know if this is used for an abortion or a miscarriage because if it’s for an abortion, then I will refuse to fill it due to my religious beliefs!» SERIOUSLY!!! Wow!!! I was in complete disbelief! Needless to say, I will NOLONGER be shopping at Walgreens and will be telling all my friends/family about this!

If I could give them negative stars, I would. I have received other people’s prescriptions, different amounts of my own prescription that could kill me if I didn’t notice it. Months of telling them that I want a generic brand of a certain prescription and they have even put in BOLD next to my name ONLYNPTHYROID. The only reason I go here is for Acella Thyroid. I cannot find another pharmacy that carries this and until I do, I have to go to this place and deal with the constant bull shit for my prescription. I hate this place with every ounce of my thyroid deprived body. Please do not go here.

1st: They close @ 9PM Now. Apparently, they don’t think changing their HOURS of Operation here on Unilocal‼makes any difference??? Since it’s not possible to give NOSTARS‼I’ll simply say that in 8 years of using this branch I’ve never been very impressed with them. Tonight, I waited in line for 10+ minutes & it was close enough to closing time that they put the sign up as soon as the people ahead of me finished their transaction. They didn’t care that I was waiting in line or that they would lose my business forever because this isn’t the 1st time that has happened. I will not return to this store — FORANYTHING‼ EVERAGAIN‼ they wasted my time & gas. DON’T WASTEYOURTIME‼ GAS‼or $$$$$ here‼ Never Ever. Ever. Ever. I have btw sat in the drive thru pharmacy lines for 20 – 30 minutes.(Usually it’s only 1 lane for whatever reason the other doesn’t usually work.) Almost every time that I’ve gone before 8. This is why I wait until nearly closing to go. That & oh… Dinner. WALGREENS Staff ARE Users & Losers‼ I do NOT recommend this business @ all‼

They started out OK in my 10 years of using them. In then last year, I’ve received other customer’s prescriptions(my name on bag-someone else’s on bottles), and my monthly recurring prescriptions require 2 – 3 visits for them to get correct. They always blame my Doctor’s office, but I’ve received opinions from others who have my Doctor, and there seems to be no issues from the Doctor’s end. Sadly they have lost our family as a customer. Hopefully they can get their act together without killing someone.

Just had the worst experience ever. I was trying to buy a product that was out of stock and obtain a rain check. The female manager that I tried to obtain a rain check from talk down to me and when I asked for her superior. she stated to me that she was the last person in line to speak to. Rude.rude.ride!!!

I really like shopping at this store when I come in the manager greets me as if he knows me! and when I walk up to the pharmacy counter staff greet me by name It’s nice to be appreciated!

I will never use this pharmacy again. Both times my infant son has been sick in his short life this place has had issues filling his script. I understand wanting to get it right but instead of calling the doctor directly, they just leave a voicemail on the regular line. Even on weekends or after hours. My baby just got out of the hospital in part because this pharmacy couldn’t fill the script. This morning I talked to our pediatrician and he said he had heard nothing from walgreens. Very disappointing. I have also had insane wait times. Once after waiting an hour I was told they would put me on the waiting in store list and it would be 10 more minutes. I wandered around the place for 10 minutes and they told me the exact same thing! There was no list. Terrible service.

I haven’t had much luck with this Walgreens. I generally try to avoid it. I had my prescriptions at this Walgreens for about a year and have been there many times since it is very near to my house. The point of Walgreens is to provide a quick experience and try to extract as much money per visit from your customers. This one just doesn’t seem to get it. I have had horrible service on many occasions and I got so tired of it that I transferred my prescriptions to CVS even though its an extra 5 miles from my house. I cannot count the number of times that I had to wait an inordinate amount of time because they were understaffed. This review is a little dated as I have had my prescriptions at CVS now for over a year; perhaps they have fixed their issues.
