Nicole came highly recommended from a friend who just purchased a property in the area. With this being our first purchase, it was great being able to meet with her to go over everything we needed to know beforehand so nothing in the home buying process was a surprise. Everything went smoothly, she helped us beat out other buyers for a highly sought after piece of land with a fixer upper on it and we cannot wait to start our renovations and eventually move in. I would recommend her to anyone!

We were looking for an investment property which would also serve as our future home when we were ready to retire. We were only able to come to town very periodically to look at things so Nicole had to do a lot of the hunting without us and she hit the pavement for 6 months finding the perfect house to serve our needs. Her knowledge about the area was extensive and she kept us in the loop the entire way and we were really impressed with how she handled everything. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and we count the days until we can move in, Thank you!
