Arrow Handyman Servics

I bought a Security Boss pet door from Moore pet supply. They listed Arrow Handyman Services as an authorized installer. I called them and said I needed an estimate for installing the doggie door and a storm door. He said he was in his truck and did not have the price list with him. He asked me to email him. I did and did not hear a reply .I called again and got an answering machine. I left a message. I did not get a call back after several days. I called again and explained that I had called, emailed, called and then called again over the period of a week and have heard nothing. He said he would check with his installer and get back with me. He never did. After 8 days I installed the door myself and I am a 60 year old, female, disabled vet. It was very difficult for me but I had no choice. Evidently business is booming for this company that they could treat a customer this way. Don’t waste your time here.
