Took my car in to get the transmission work done, it took them three weeks to get it done. And when I finally got my car key from them I want to start my car The check engine light came on and it wasn’t there when I took my car in. I went back inside to tell them about that they refuse to work on it or even check it after a session of arguments I left the place and took my car to O’Reilly auto store and another repair shop to get a code scan. Both of them give out transmission errors codes. I called back to pats auto and they still refuse to work on it Even though it is clearly their fault.

Very friendly and explained clearly what they were going to do. Actually said I don’t need to waste my money to repair a message error I was receiving a and explain why and told me to wait. I live nearby and he saved me about 300.00 with his suggestions. Will exclusively use them for my auto repairs.
