I recently moved here from California and needed to get my membership changed to Utah and set up Insurance.
This office was a breeze to work with. I was able to get my AAA membership changed in just a matter of minutes. I didn’t have AAA insurance in California because I always figured with their great reputation and coverage they would be too expensive.
I was so happy they offered to give me a no obligation quote because they saved me a ton of money on my new insurance. I also was able to get a $ 10 Gift card for referring my friend to just get a quote.
I would return to this location. I’m planning on a cruise next year and they also have a travel agent who they said can help plan my trip.
I love that they can help with so many things all in one location.

I got an AAA thing a year ago for Christmas, and these people are really something… I guess calling them to roadside service is what their membership is about, but they refused to come after I called them, since they discovered I was on my last month and did not renew for next year yet. Seriously? It was not even expired yet.
Luckily, I realized I have roadside coverage through Amex card, and they dispatched somebody to my aid. Terrible company with serious integrity issues, and definitely would not recommend their roadside service to anyone.
