The past 3 times I’ve been in to make changes to the account, it’s been an act of Congress or I was charged for something gratuitous that a certified Verizon store would not charge for. To make this review short and sweet, here it is: Staff is friendly and polite. I’m an account manager, but not the account owner so they(Verizon store in Murray) wouldn’t grant me access to anything. They charge for services that an actual Verizon store doesn’t(at the time it was switching a SIM card between phones) Latest visit was to upgrade two lines and purchase two new phones. I was met with a brick wall because I wasn’t the account owner. I drove to Paducah showed them an ID and bought 2 new iPhones in less than 15 minutes.
