Good customer service, not pushy at all. Really simple, nothing complicated! They took me back to take a look at the storage before I rented, then took me back the office to do a lil paper work. Simple.

Do not store your stuff here. The manager likes to rip people off! I was told over the phone that my late fees would be waived and account would be noted. When I got there, the local manager wouldn’t show me the notes and said there was nothing she could do. They just want your money.
