Beware their «guaranteed» 25-​year termite protectant. It turns out that the product is not guaranteed at all. What they sell is an insurance policy whose cost increases each year (currently $ 80 for inspection and premium). This is not the commonly-​accepted meaning of «guaranteed.»
There are plenty of other pest control businesses in town that are reputable and do a fine job. Avoid McGee’s fraudulent bait-​and-​switch.
