These guys are great! Super knowledgable, always friendly, and never pushy or condescending.
I’ve taken all my cars there for a few years now (both new cars and older cars) and they never try to come up with a million things that need to be fixed. They tell you what really needs to be fixed and what you should keep an eye on for later.
I’ve also taken my cars in on several occasions for silly little things — like loose bolts or windshield wipers not working — and they usually take 5 minutes to fix what is wrong, don’t charge me a thing, and send me off with a smile.
I highly recommend bringing your car here. You can trust them.

came in for a oil/​filter change. location is hard to get into since on a corner. parking lot needs repaved, chuckholes filled and restriped. i wasn’t sure where to park since it looks like they have not repainted the stall stripes for years. after I picked up a random spot and went in the greeting area/​wait room no one was
I waited. finally somebody showed up and he was yelling at/​with another customer and she was accusing him of poor/​shoddy/​incomplete work. gave my keys and waited. they seemed upset I wanted to wait and not come back later. the waiting room
was in the upper 90’s (hot summer day in the 100’s) air conditioner on roof/​ceiling was broken
little window a/​c unit was trying to cool. very uncomfortable. waiting room had old dirty split fabric chairs, windows filthy cloudy dirty, floors filthy, the window sill below windows/​behind the
vend machine look like about 1 inch dust and black. looks like hasn’t been cleaned in 5 years
apparently the janitor has been sick for 6 months. dark in wait room most of lites burned out
kinda gloomy. clerks did not seem too friendly. vend machine was poor/​old selection. I was
surprised no free coffee and stuff like les schwab does. not even a coffee vend machine.
they tried to «encourage» me to spend more there but I got a uneasy feeling from them.
not like my old midas in renton wash. i’ll bet this is a franchisee trying to cut costs.
don’t think I will be back next time I will goto dealer or les schwab…

If I could give them –5 stars I would. I called the day before and scheduled to have my brake pads replaced. I showed up 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Jared the gentleman that was working the front desk told me that they wouldn’t be able to get me in today even though I had a scheduled appointment. He said, that the morning jobs took longer than expected. I asked why didn’t anyone call me to reschedule and he just shrugged his shoulders. He was polite but had no answers. It was a huge inconvenience and poor customer service. I am currently waiting for a manager to respond to my complaint to no avail. I drove up the road to Les Schwab and they fit me right in and did the work I needed done.

I came in on a Saturday because my car was steaming alot they told me hose needed to be replaced cost of labor and the hose was reasonable. They were short on staff so it took little over an hour plus they had to order the part cant blame them. Manger there was great and honest. Next time might look into fixing it myself if its cheaper and we’ll see how my car is for the next couple weeks. Otherwise not a bad experience.

Called up at about 5:30 about replacing brake pads and rotors on my front axel. They got my car right into the shop as I showed up there. The prices are great and will beat anybody else around the county. Saved me a ton of money by saving my front calibers with a $ 20.00 fix. Which would have costed around $ 390.00 including labor. Very laid back shop and all of the employees have a great sense of humor. I highly suggest this shop.

I don’t think anyone appreciates being lied to, unless its about their weight. This location is full of dishonest people. I have given them three chances to do the right thing and every time I been let down. I had an alignment done a few weeks ago and asked that they fix it because it was done poorly. (it still pulled to the side and the steering wheel wasn’t even straight). They blew me off for a week and then finally started making claims like (how do I know you didn’t hit a curb or something).
Then when I called about getting my new Jeep aligned I was told they could do it even if they it had a lift. Come to find out they use a «Hunter Alignment Machine» that can’t compensate for any kind of lift. The other Midas off State and the Firestone both warned me that Hunter Alignment Machines wouldn’t work for lifted vehicles and that I should go somewhere else like «Alignment Specialists». But NOOO this Madis promises they can do it all and take care of everything. But the truth is they are only taking care of them selves. They will often lie to make a buck and that is the last place anyone should go if they need a repair done.
