Painting with a Twist

This place is reasonably priced at $ 35 and run by two of the most down to earth, funny and entertaining gay guys. They make the night super fun by cracking jokes and playing a fantastic variety of music the entire time. When I went they played everything from Lady GaGa to the Beatles! I would highly recommend this place for a fun date night or a night out with friends! They also do a great job of keeping your wine glass full! One guy goes around periodically the entire session filling up people’s wine glasses and refreshing beer.

So much fun! I came here with some girlfriends for a girls night out. We painted ‘wicked wonderland’ using only black and white paints. Such a creative activity and of course the wine helps in bringing out your creative juices. Our paintings came out looking very different from each others and uniquely there own. As a beginner, the instructor and pace of the class was easy to follow!

I loved my experience here! I went in unsure of what exactly to expect. I’m not artsy or talented by any means, but the instructor was so helpful and made everything sounds so simple.
The entire time I was having so much fun, and feeling comfortable and confident. I came out with a beautiful painting that I’m so proud of! I recommend going with your best friend, or a family member, as that makes it ever more fun!

This was my first painting experience since my earlier days in middle school, and it definitely brought out a crafty side of me that I didn’t know (and am still not sure) exists. The step by step instructions were easy to understand, and by the end I was surprised at how decent the end result turned out. It was a fun experience, but I’m happy I don’t paint for a living because it isn’t as easy as it looks.
Painting with a twist doesn’t have a full bar or the option to purchase food, but they do provide a wine «education» for an extra $ 5. This is basically about a 2oz pour of your choice of Pinot Noir, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay or Moscato every 30 minutes. This amounted to a total of 5 pours throughout the entire night. Not a bad deal, but I’m not really sure what kind of an education we were supposed to have gained since the girl doing the pouring just asked which kind of wine we wanted.
Overall, I had a great time. Everyone was really friendly and it wasn’t a typical date night which was awesome.

A fun, creative, and affordable place to take a class one evening by yourself, a date or group of friends.
