I have bought and brought watches here for over 3 years. I have never had a bad experience! I currently have 4 watches that I have on the 5 year battery and cleaning plan and I couldn’t be more happy. I take them in and they are ALWAYS done same day! Usually completed while I go to lunch or shop for a bit. I’ve always had great service and felt I’m getting a good value for the money. Only place I would take my watches!

I was needing a clock repair on a coo coo clock I purchased here. The older gentleman helped me and referred me to mount Olympus for a repair. (I hate mount Olympus repair esp since the older guy passed away) I said thanks for the advice just to be nice. The young salesman came over and asked how we were doing. I think he said his name was Skylar. He was extremely knowledgeable for someone so young asking us what the clock was doing. He referred us to the clock docs which did an amazing job. He actually was partly right about what the clock would need. Great salesman as well because we ended up buying a lego toy clock for our grandson. This is a mixed review because I didn’t get my clock repaired where it was sold but I am happy to continue making this my go-to battery stop.

Sent my watch for repair and never got it back. I called several times and no one seemed to know what the status or ETA on my watch. They also refused to honor the manufacturer’s lifetime warranty even after the manufacturer had OKed the repair.
After months of going back and forth with this company, I finally had enough and called the manufacturer’s headquarter and got them involved. I never got my watch back but the manufacturer did compensate me for my missing watch. The whole process took more than 6 months cost me a lot of aggravation and valuable time.
Google this place and you’ll find my experience was not unique or an aberration. Stay away and avoid manufacturers who sub-contract repairs to this place — Kenneth Cole, Sperry Top Sider, Freestyle, Game Time, Tommy Bahama, Ted Baker, Biel, Unlisted by Kenneth Cole, 5.11, Wenger, TechnoMarine, Cross, Ballast, AVI-8, Earnshaw, CCCP and Fjord (according to Precision Time’s own website).
