Rudy’s Restaurant

Go to Martha’s, go to Hih Burger, go ANYWHERE ELSE but rudys!!!
Does the morning manager have any customer service experience at all??? My husband works nights and only had two and a half hours sleep the last two days due to me having a dental emergency. He got home in the early morning, and I asked if he could go to rudys because we were both starving. Here are some details to show what an asshole the morning manager was yesterday: It has been consistently around 30 degrees F, we live 60 seconds from this restaurant, and the food was still sort of warm when he got it home.
Do these people know about salt and pepper? or how about butter? The gravy for the chicken fried steak and biscuits tasted like day old sausage grease with no flavor at all. The quarter cup of hashbrowns were so bland, undercooked, and again had no flavor whatsoever. I got sick from the food, it was so horrible
What does «the boss» say to my husband? «You know the gravy is made from grease, right? If you don’t like it, then don’t eat here!!» All she did was yell at my husband when he tried to tell her about the food, and she absolutely refused to give a refund. They are cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for, and I suppose they have the same customers from when they originally opened, because I don’t know how that place stays in business.
The breakfast that morning was WORSE than the worst hospital food!!!

Mediocre service and the food was kind of bland. I know they have a high employee turnover rate so that probably has to do with the inconsistency of service and taste. They used to have good food though. Maybe they will again.

Great Breakfast and my coffee was like in the bottomless cup, the girls waiting tables didn’t keep us waiting.
They offered deep fried or skillet cooked home fried potato’s, would you like onions cooked with them? Well, YES I would, thank you !
