I am a big subway fan. But this place has its own dark secret. I ate here total 3 different times and noticed bizzare things. The employer treats his employees really bad and talks to them in very rude tone and made me and others feel very uncomfortable. Also all 3 times my portion size was always 40% lower than other subways. I can see the owner tries really hard to save every penny by sacrificing quality and brand name subway. I will never eat here again. Just few days ago my friend went there without knowing and told me exact same story. Stay away from this place at all cost until the owner changes his attitude and respect his fellow Americans.

I really like this Subway! The service is generally great. The guys working here are typically friendly and very good about making sandwiches to my specifications. No complaints whatsoever.

In general, this Subway is the same as all the others. Portions are the same amount, menu item options stay up to date, etc. If you are a fan of Subway, you will get what you expect. However, the problems with this Subway are due to the owner trying to save a penny. He charges extra for every little thing; want some extra pickles or olives? Sure, that will be an additional charge. Oh, you wanted a few extra napkins? That’ll be another $ 0.25? My problem with this store is that he refuses to accept the Subway points card to purchase a flat bread sandwich. I don’t like the full size breads and prefer to enjoy the meat and veggies with the small flat bread wrap. He says it is because the Subway computer don’t offer it and to take it up with Subway headquarters. If so, why do the other locations accept it then? Perhaps they just ring it up as a regular sandwich? I can see how this would throw off his penny-tracking and if so, he should be taking it up with headquarters, not his customers. Even though I’m right next door multiple times a week and think I’ll just grab a quick sandwich, I won’t go to this Subway any more. Instead I’ll drive down to 7th and get a much better sandwich at Firehouse Subs. I just wish they offered a flat bread.
